I bought this item for my daughter this Christmas, and she has not quit playing it yet! I thought that it was going to just be a game that you play dress up with the animals, but it actually turned out to be a very good education game too. You have to work and earn money to be able to buy your pet things. It teaches about money and how to use it. It has many obstacles to undergo before going to the next level. My daughter is having a great time with it. I am glad that I bought this item!

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She had no problems playing the games and it kept her happy for hours. It's very easy to set up and it's small enough to take with you on the go.

My daughter is 10. I was worried she might be too old for it but she's not. She loves the Little Pet Shop toys and she loves this too.

This was a Christmas gift for my six year old daughter. She and her 14 and 18 year old sisters love playing it with her. It isn't just fun for her put it is teaching her how to take care of a virtual pet. She has been wanting a pet for a while, but we weren't sure if she would take care of it. So far she is doing well with her littlest pet shop pets. She also loves that it is her own video game and she can plug it in by herself.

Both my daughter's, age 7 & 4, love this game system. They received it for Christmas last year and it was the best gift they received. It has been the most played with game we have ever had. Both girls would play for hours if I let them. My 4 year old had some trouble figuring it out at first but after just a little help from the 7 year old ( 6 at the time we got it )she can play it just as well all on her own. We also have the V-tech game system and a PS2 but this is the game that they ALWAYS want to play.
